If you are currently in treatment with a provider please use the transition of care form to let us know who they are. We will reach out to your provider and make sure your visits are covered. To use your benefit, please call Halcyon Behavioral at 888-425-4800. Your call will be answered by one of our licensed mental health clinicians, who will help you schedule an appointment with a provider who will give you the services that you need. One of our friendly clinicians will be happy to refer you to an appropriate provider and even schedule your first visit.
